Overview of Baltic Hideaways
Baltic Hideaways is a thriving company in the hotel and tourism industry in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Our focus is on internet marketing. Currently, we operate the Beachhotel in Warnemünde and the Hotel Heiderose on Hiddensee. Two more Baltic Sea hotels are in development. Additionally, we manage holiday apartment houses in Binz, Sellin, and Prerow. With our real estate company, Baltic Seaside Properties, we are constantly building and developing new properties. Our goal is to offer our 10 houses under the Baltic Hideaways brand with a consistent standard of quality.
We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally high standard of quality in our hotels and holiday apartments in the Baltic Sea region. All of our properties have been lovingly and freshly renovated. Many of them are beautiful, typical seaside villas just a few meters from the beach. We value attention to detail – from steam baths to the selection of wines in the apartments or rooms. We are proud of the feedback from our guests, which usually exceeds 9 out of 10 points. Our employees are consistently rated the best.
Our team currently consists of about 25 employees. We work with year-round colleagues. We place great importance on fair and good teamwork. Our hotel, which has been completely renovated this year, offers 26 elegant, cozy rooms and luxurious suites with sea views. We are very proud of the feedback from our guests, as our Booking rating is the best in Warnemünde and Rostock. We place great importance on providing our guests with a service of the highest level, and together with you, we aim to further develop this excellent position. Your Tasks
- Checking in and checking out hotel guests, as well as all preparatory activities
- Assisting guests during their arrival and departure
- Skillfully selling rooms, drinks, breakfast, and other additional services
- Accepting individual reservations in German and English
- Cash handling and settlement
- Supporting the food and beverage service during peak times
- Keeping an eye on overall operations and supporting colleagues in day-to-day business
Your Profile
- Education in the hotel industry or comparable experience is desirable
- Professional experience in the field or alternatively good communication skills
- Warmth and hospitality qualities

- Well-groomed appearance with a positive demeanor and good manners
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel)
